Style 510-GB is rectangular - 2 3/4" wide by 1 1/4 " high

Golf  Bag Tags are available in 
Black *, Metallic Pearl Red (Burgundy) *, Royal Blue * or 
Metallic Pearl Green * 
with white lettering.
Each tag can come with or without white panel for writing of name with ballpoint pen. Prices include:
Lettering of name, city, state &
numbering to order on front of tag.
