Used for highest quality and sharpest impression. These  stone ink pads consistent of an acid resistant container, felt pad and a fine-grained porous stone. Stamps cannot be saturated with ink. Capillary action brings an even, consistent flow of ink from felt pad beneath the stone to the surface. If re-inking is required, simply flip stone and capillary action automatically re-inks the surface of the stone.
