These ink pads are supplied dry (without ink) and enclosed in a durable metal case for long life.  The attractive slim metal case is compatible with a wide range of special purpose inks not suitable for plastic cases. Fillers are hand crafted from layers of felt and covered with closely woven muslin to provide an optimum ink reservoir and transfer surface. 
Ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days.

Opaque pads are widely used by industry when special inks containing heavy pigments and fast drying capabilities are required. These inks require a through distribution over the surface of the pads. This is achieved by the 2 pads being rubbed briskly together to distribute the ink.
